What is your return policy for dresses?
We accept returns for standard-sized dresses within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition. Please note that custom-sized dresses are non-returnable as they are made specifically to your measurements.
Can I request fabric swatches before ordering?
Absolutely. We highly recommend ordering our fabric swatches first to see the colors and feel the textures in person, as screen settings can vary.

Will my bridesmaid dresses match if ordered separately?
To ensure a perfect color match, we recommend placing all dresses for a bridal party in a single order. This ensures they are cut from the same fabric bolt to avoid slight dye lot variations.
